Welcome to our web shop, we hope you find what you’re looking for.

All items are handmade with care, one by one using high quality materials. All our products are fully made in Mexico.

Please note that garment colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

If you have any questions or problems with your order please contact us, and we will be happy to help you.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using a PayPal account, or any major credit cards. Items will not ship until payment has cleared. If payment is not received the order will be canceled and the item re-listed.

Credit card payments are handled through PayPal.

 
SHIPPING

Shipping will be made within the next 3 to 4 business days after payment has been received.

We ship through a private postal service company. We provide you with a tracking number so that you can check where your parcel is.

Please be sure to give us the correct address for shipping your purchase. We will always ship to your "shipping adress" unless specified. For any other details about shipment please send us a message.

ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME: 

Mexico: 3 to 5 working days.
US and Canada: 5 to 10 working days.
Other destinations: 15 to 20 working days.

The majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but occasionally they can take longer (up to 4 weeks) especially if they are held up in customs.

You may be liable for Customs Duty on receiving your purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any extra amount.


REFUND

If you change your mind and you don't want your purchase, please let us know within 7 days upon receiving the parcel and we will refund you the total price excluding shipping costs. But please keep in mind that you will bear the cost of sending it back (by registered mail). The items must be in a perfect condition and without being used.

If the item has been damaged in transit we will refund you the cost of the item (including the shipping cost). In that case, please photograph the item and send us a message with the picture so we can make a complaint to the postal service.

The amount of purchase will be refunded through PayPal.

 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once you recieve your purchase, it would be helpful if you could let us know through an email that your item has been delivered safely.
